.... because I realize I love bug photography! Found these critters around the outside of my house and down a nearby walking path. 

Lake Superior Hiking Trail

Just returned from a backpacking solo- a little bit worse than expected. Got super sick, but also proved to myself that I am capable of taking care of myself in the woods. Set up camp, wrapped my ankle, found and treated water, followed maps, etc. Although my two night trip was cut down to one after getting really sick the first day, it was quite the experience!

Back and Better than Ever

Well, not back for super long. 

This weekend I got back from my 9 weeks of working at a summer camp. Here are a few photos that I have been toying with from my time there, not a big deal. But- I am super excited to get back at it and go on photo adventures until heading back west at the end of August!

Cabin Trip

Got back yesterday from going out hiking on the Northshore with 10 10-11 yr olds. It was fantastic! Great girls, great hikes, and a great time.
