Sunsets in WI- A Story of My Newfound Love

I have recently discovered that I love sunsets. Wait, that's not right. I have recently been reminded of my love for sunsets. They're gorgeous, the ways that the colors streak the sky and then suddenly we are surrounded by darkness. I am hoping to spend some time this summer photographing them, possibly working on time lapses to create some surreal looks. For now, though, I will continue to just adore their company.

Photoshop Woo Ha Ha

Been taking some time the last few days to acclimate myself to Photoshop CC and Lightroom, both of which I am now leasing through Adobe's new Creative Cloud (not a huge fan of this process... yet. Who likes paying $10 per month? Yikes). Anyways, I have been sifting through old photos to find things to work with. Check out the different styles that I have been experimenting with!

Look! A rare photo of me on here!

Basically, been working with curves a lot to figure out which colors work and which don't. Also been taking advantage of Photoshop CC's new ability to reduce shake, as well as working a lot with Gaussian Blur to make the subjects really pop!

So. Basically. Technology is rad.
